The company charged your card instantly but when a restaurant rejects your order, it takes 2 or more business days to receive your refund. What kind of piss poor policy is this? This has happened to me twice in one week. They offered me a voucher twice. But if they already took my money, then why cant I just order somewhere else and apply that money that they took? What if I try placing a new order and the next restaurant cancels on me, now Ive spent more money without getting anything. Terrible policy. With Uber Eats, Foodora, Door Dash, etc. sharing the same market in Toronto, I am never using this service again. Hey Just Eat, take a look at how many more restaurants are participating with Door Dash and Uber Eats. Perhaps its time to pay attention to the market that youre slowly losing.
