Great app, very useful for finding restaurants and ordering

It helps me get food so its good in my book

Easy to use if you can read, any problems I had were not app related.

I havent found it useful in Toronto or Calgary.

Ordered a few times, it works and no confusion to start.

Every update brings more confusion and less usability. It just shows random erratic strings in place of important information like the payment method.

Title speaks for itself. I live right downtown Toronto and it constantly says there are zero restaurants in your area. I typed in the postal code every way possible. I even deleted and downloaded again. Same results. Literally produced nothing but wasted time and made me actually want to come here and write this

Anytime there has been an issue at the restaurant they always call and make sure they provide an alternative. Very good deals and range of restos. Would recommend over all the other food delivery apps.

Only app I use to order delivery

Dont listen to the reviews saying it wont accept postal codes. Youre only supposed to put the first 3 characters of the postal since it goes by postal city blocks. The complainers are trying to put all 6 characters of the postal which wont work. Great app!

Some restaurants dont delivery very quickly but the app does what it needs to!

Delays are not real ( ex.: said 45 min-1h but waited 2h to get my food delivered) Promos not always applicable in the system, but you only know once the order is already completed.

Just keeps coming up saying there are no restaurants near me. I live in downtown Ottawa.

The app is okay - took me a while to figure out not to put my whole postal code in. Its easy to use but my food arrived cold both times I used it. Not cool. If they fixed that problem I would be happy - cheaper than uber eats and other services in the area!!

Call restaurants directly! this app crashes and steals your money.

Makes life a lot easier and has worked well so far

Ive used it a lot. Gives you tonnes of flexibility, makes exploring menus easy, makes going back to your favourite restaurant order very easy.

I dont understand the negative reviews, it works, you find your food, order it from menu, it comes , perfect!

I live in Durham so limited number of restaurants per square km. The app is helpful and Ive not really had any issues. Only thing I dont like is the automatic tip. I prefer to decide if I tip and how much based upon the service I receive. This app adds a 10% tip for the driver automatically. They need to eliminate this.
